Pair 19th C French Italian Wood Carved Gold Gilt Candle Stick Lamps 32. Offering a noteworthy matched pair of late 19th C French or Italian wood carved gold gilt candlestick lamps, candlesticks were converted to lamps in the early 20th Century. Measure 32" in height by 7" in diameter at base. Candlesticks alone stand 20-1/2 in height.
Candlesticks are the same height, attached lamp hardware is original and has a height difference of 1" made up with a 1" spacer below the finial. Gold gilt wear commensurate with age, though I see no breaks to the wood carving, these are very old candlesticks, expect to find faint signs of wear & tear. A beautifully old pair of hand carved lamps, wiring is original and works but please have it checked after they make their journey.
